Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the MedBill AI mobile application ("App") operated by Thorsen Digital ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MedBill AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze medical bills and identify potential overcharges, duplicate charges, billing errors, and savings opportunities. The App provides informational analysis only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited number of bill analyses per month with basic features.
• Premium Tier: Unlimited analyses, detailed reports, and advanced features available through a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Medical/Legal Advice

IMPORTANT: The App's analysis is for informational purposes only. MedBill AI does NOT provide:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Legal advice or representation
• Financial advice
• Guaranteed savings or outcomes

The analysis results are generated by AI and may contain errors. You should always verify findings independently and consult with qualified professionals before taking action on billing disputes.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Only upload medical bills that you are authorized to access
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise App security
• Not use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Thorsen Digital and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thorsen Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thorsen Digital regarding the use of the App.
